Almost 300 individuals, most of whom were Chaîne con- frères, attended the dinner. There was a particularly strong showing from the New Orleans Bailliage, as Bailli Yvette Cressend made it a chapter event for her members. Chef/Maître Rôtisseur Folse, AAC President/Maître Rôtisseur Wright, and Chancelier National Ira Falk led the program during which a check in the amount of $5,000 was presented to Nicolls State University by Chaîne Foundation Chair John Burson and Foundation Trustees. The approximately $50,000 raised at the event was divided equally between the Chaîne Foundation and the AAC Foundation. The success of this dinner has launched another joint din- ner for the annual AAC and ACF events in Orlando in August 2019, and all members of the Chaîne are invited.
