Amid chic, contemporary Asian décor, only the finest gourmet food is served. On September 10, 2017, the Newport Beach Bailliage was treated to a unique dining experi- ence at AnQi Gourmet Bistro & Noodle Bar by House of An, in Costa Mesa. Hosts Bailli David Weinberg and Dame de la Chaîne Debra Weinberg worked closely with Executive Chef Ron Lee and Wine Director Steven Ashworth to cre- ate innovative food and wine pairings. What a success! Several guests who eagerly attended the event plan to join the Chaîne. Everyone enjoyed the special AnQi atmo- sphere, which Elizabeth An calls the "Red Experience." In her words: I've colored the AnQi dining experience Red. Red is glamorous, magnetic and full of life. Red is the unexpected and the delicious anticipation. Red is bold.
