Winter Gala at the Windsor Court BY TONY RITTER, Vice Chargé de Presse THE NEW ORLEANS Bailliage's holiday induction dinner took place at the award-winning Windsor Court Hotel on December 3. Bailli Yvette Cressend and Argentier National Honoraire Rufus Cressend hosted the elegant event. Confrères were pleased to be joined by Galveston Bailli Jan Pozzi and Argentier National Honoraire Jim Pozzi. Distinguished guests from the Lacs et des Bois Chapter in attendance were Bailli Cheryl Kenny, Officier Steve Kenny, Chevalier Joe Tilton, and Vice Chargée de Médias Sociaux Julie Tilton. Argentier National Honoraire Cressend inducted Chevaliers Mark Heller, Joey Devall, and Thomas Schult; Dame de la Chaîne Eileen Devall; Professionnels du Vin James Moises; and Maître Rôtisseur Cindy Pagragan. In addition, Vice Chargé de Médias Sociaux Ronnie Laporte was elevated, and Vice Conseiller Culinaire National Honoraire Mary Bartholomew received her commandeur pin. Executive Chef Vlad Ahmadyarov prepared an outstanding repast for the group. Once again, the dynamic duo of Vice Echanson Wayne Forman and Vice Chancelier-Argentier William Feibleman chose the per- fect wines to accompany the cuisine. In closing, Chef Ahmadyarov received an award of merit plaque, and, as always, the new members were warmly welcomed into the Chaîne family.
