cuisine. The meal opened with antipasti from the famed open-air Italian Market and closed with traditional cannoli and zeppoli. The regional business meeting was held on Saturday. That evening, the group assem- bled at the Union League of Philadelphia for the induction gala and World Chaîne Day celebration. At the ceremony, six confrères were elevated, and certificates of appre- ciation were presented to seven officers in recognition of their efforts in organizing the chapitre. In addition, certificates of merit were awarded to four officers. Following the ceremony, in front of the Union League entrance, confrères posed for a photo to com- memorate World Chaîne Day. The subsequent dinner was hosted by Chevaliers Leo Levinson and Larry Weitzner and featured the spectacular cuisine of Executive Chef Martin Hamann. At evening's end, Bailli Délégué Small, Bailli Provincial Fannin, Bailli Knox, and Conseiller Gastronomique Provincial Schulze thanked one and all for their strong support of the region and this chapitre.
