Executive Chef Jason Pringle prepared a stuffed suckling pig as a special treat for the Miami Bailliage's event there on November 18, 2015 and served it personally during the champagne reception. The sophisticated Persimmon Room was the ideal setting for the delicious meal. Jeweled boxes filled with choco- lates adorned each place setting as com- memoratives. Exquisite culinary presenta- tions were perfectly complemented by select Boisset family wines. Bailli Nancy Radlauer introduced confrères visiting from South Africa, acknowl- edging them with special gifts from the Miami Bailliage and reminding all in atten- dance that the Chaîne is truly a global family.
