Chaîne Three BY TONY RITTER, Vice Chargé de Presse THE NEW ORLEANS Bailliage's winter induction dinner on December 5 was a Chaîne triple play. Owner/Maître de Table Restaurateur Tommy Andrade welcomed con- frères at his Tomas Bistro, while Executive Chef/Maître Rôtisseur Guy Sockrider prepared the delicious dinner. Bailli Yvette Cressend and her husband, Argentier National Rufus Cressend, hosted the black-tie event. Presiding officer Argentier National Cressend inducted eleven new members and elevated one confrère. The induct- ees were Chevaliers Pat Haney, Thomas Symmes, Cesar Lombana, and Russell Levy; Dames de la Chaîne Amy Borrell, Shane Levy, Jennifer Elliott, Donna Ritter, and Laura Symmes; Maître Rôtisseur Ron Iafrate; and Maître Restaurateur James Ray. In addition, Officier Harold Bartholomew was elevated. After the ceremony, the fun began: dining and dancing! Once again Vice Chancelier-Argentier William Feibleman and Vice Echanson Wayne Forman drew on their extensive knowledge to select excellent wine partners for the courses. Members raised their glasses in a toast to the newest members of the New Orleans Bailliage. Following the meal, Chef Sockrider received an award of merit and Maître de Table Restaurateur Andrade was presented with a Chaîne decanter for orchestrating this enchanted evening.
