Exquisite Induction Gala BY BEVERLY EVERETT, Vice Chargée de Presse SITUATED AT THE end of a winding, tree-lined street, the Baltimore Country Club was the site of the Baltimore Bailliage's induction dinner on November 8, 2015. The festivities began with a champagne reception in the elegant Georgian Room. Presiding officer Chambellan Provincial Peter Caporilli inducted culinary students Eric Isennock and Kyle Brocht as rôtisseurs; Gregory Hare as a maî- tre rôtisseur; Charlene Porter as a maître res- taurateur; and Darryl Campbell as a maître hôtelier. Conseiller Culinaire Provincial Raimund Hofmeister, CMC, Vice Chargé de Missions Patrick Reardon, and Vice Conseiller Culinaire Eric Yeager were elevated. In addi- tion, Conseiller Gastronomique Provincial/Bailli Stuart Goldberg awarded Vice Chargée de Presse Beverly Everett a Bronze Star of Excellence and Vice Echanson Jack Kocak a Bronze Mondiale Medal of Honor. Executive Chef/Vice Conseiller Culinaire Honoraire Richard Jallet and his team prepared an exquisite meal for the group. At evening's end, before stepping back out into the cool evening air, attendees applauded the chef, culinary brigade, and service staff, who had collectively delivered wonderful food and impeccable service.
